By accessing and using MadeLaunch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MadeLaunch is a platform that allows users to discover, share, and vote on products, tools, and services. We provide a space for makers to showcase their work and for users to discover new products.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. User Content

When you submit content (products, comments, etc.), you:

  • Retain ownership of your content
  • Grant us a license to display and distribute your content on the Service
  • Represent that you have the right to share the content
  • Agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Spam, manipulate votes, or engage in fraudulent activity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post misleading or false information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Scrape or collect data without permission

6. Product Submissions

  • Products must be real and functional
  • You must be the creator or authorized representative
  • We reserve the right to reject or remove any product at our discretion
  • Featured listings are subject to our approval

7. Payments and Refunds

  • Featured listing payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical issues

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by MadeLaunch and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MadeLaunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
